Hi, I'm Sharon. Strength training helped me overcome my own depression and anxiety, and I'm passionate about helping others get the same benefits. With my PhD in Exercise Physiology, many health and fitness certifications, and 18 years of experience as a personal trainer, I'm an expert in using exercise to build both physical and mental well-being.
